It is very important to say to everybody that there should be a daily practice where grounding is an integral part of a meditation, or soul meeting.   It is important to emphasise that whilst it is a resolution that will bring forward this work, it is necessary for it to be done daily, or at least on a very regular basis, so that it is engrained and it makes sense.  Then it will be automatic when it is of importance to you and will be a place reached for automatically like a good coat or a pair of Wellingtons when it is raining.  These will be the practices to reach for when it is necessary for you to do so. 

I say again that grounding is the place to start. This must be done every day and is an important beginning place for the work that we do together. 

Once the grounding has been established, I would lead you on to the next step in the practice, which is to connect deeply into yourself, into your soul.   This is achieved by intention: so now we are blended. We ask for the connection to soul.  It is a place within us that is an ancient and a wise place within and energy within that comes forward and takes a place within you so connecting to your soul is an important next step.

It will begin with a lot of grounding, then simply setting an intention to be in and with the soul and then you will discover that there is a place within that is aligned with God, that is aligned with your best interests and will give you a steady ship.

It is the place within you that has been waiting to come forward and is the ship within you that will steady and bring forth the next steps for you.   Now everyone is obviously on a different path in this regard and the soul is an individual and unique experience for each one of us.  Soul is the pathway to one's own eternity, one's own eternal being and it is a beautiful and light filled place that brings harmony and an internal steadiness in the connection deep within and into soul. 

You can then ask for the soul to spill out, to come forward, to be an integral and important part of your being.  It is this that will give a sense of continuity, because of course your soul has been around for many millennia. It is a place of great depth, light, wisdom and steadiness, and so my dears it is important for you to be able to access this place. It is not a mystery. It is not something that is a difficult place to reach.  It simply requires intention and a deliberate connection to be made, and then for the energies of the soul to be brought forward. For many, this will be an easy and natural connection, but for others, it will require a little work to remember and to connect and indeed, perhaps to believe that there is a soul - because of course there is, and everybody has a soul and a soul purpose, and it is the reconnection with that soul purpose and that soul's energy that will drive this next stage of realignment with God and the divine.   

It is a powerful and indeed joyful place, just to be in touch with this internal eternal energy that drives us forward. It is a place of great light, great joy, great peace, and a real burden is lifted in the reconnection with this place of Internal wisdom. So do not underestimate the power of this connection. It brings forth your divine essence. It brings forth your purpose in this world. It brings forth the remembrance of the divine and the spiritual aspect of your being.  It is therefore an important connection and one to be practised every day.  Bless you.
