Greetings everybody. I am Andraus and I come to you today to give you a message of hope in our next segment of this work. It is a new segment of work and our final segment together. I'm hoping that this brings the work that we have been teaching you together and gives you momentum to begin with the new way of being in the spiritual world. This is our last segment and will be three or four sessions and then I believe we will have a round up session to help you to understand the work as a whole.
I would like to hone down on what is meant by grounding, what is meant by expanding and what is meant by the participation in the collective other. These aspects are of extreme importance because they are the building blocks for a solid and streamlined connection both to oneself, to the spirit world and to others. And I cannot emphasise enough how important these elements are in the bringing together of this work in a coherent and timely fashion.
The grounding process is of the most importance because in the times of change, which are coming upon us and indeed are here now, it is much harder to ground than it has been in the past. There are increased levels of anxiety, and this is subterranean becoming but becoming more problematic for the grounding process. So, where one in the past has simply been able to focus on grounding through the energy levels and down into the core of the earth. This is not working as well anymore because there is a blockage. There is a level of a disconnection as the foundations of the known world are perhaps changing and shifting.
The grounding process is more important than ever and is one which will bring more consolidation to the work already done in the lifetime that you have had and in the lifetimes that all human beings who are participating in this process. It is an important step. Whilst it seems fundamental and perhaps rushed over, it is not to be abbreviated so I would like to say one more time that practising the grounding process is essential daily, even when you are not thinking of meditating or praying or giving time to the work that we are doing together.
Grounding should be a fundamental step in every day. At the beginning of everyday ground into the earth and into the earth’s energy field, even going into the garden or into a green space and taking off your shoes and spending some time in bare feet grounding into the earth of the garden or green space, bringing one's own energy fed into balance.
It is an important part of every daily practice: it brings great energy to you, balances the energy field, brings down tension, reconnects the cells of the body to the spiritual realm, brings harmony and balance and brings the energy levels down to allow you to connect into the soul, and to connect with the heart - and this is such a strong and centred place to be. It will bring health benefits if it is done on a daily basis - so that is step one.
Step two is expanding: the need to be aligned with the divine, with the soul’s purpose and energy and to bring this through and out into daily life. It brings you into connection with the heart centre, with the core centre, with the “nothing place” that is the centre of all being.
It is a very powerful and balanced place to connect with, to be aligned with, and to act from. To bring energy out from this place gives great wisdom and a sense of being at peace and on purpose. This place is different for everyone. It is not possible for me to be more concrete and specific than this because for each one of you there is a very different place, a different stage, a different sense of priorities because your life purpose is unique. I encourage you to explore this area, to use the exercises I have given to intend to connect in with, and expand the soul throughout the body, the energy field, and out into the spiritual realm and in contact with others, it is an exciting place.
It is not a vulnerable place. It is not a scary place. It is a very powerful and subtle place where you are in your own power, and you are accessible and amenable to all around you because you are at peace. So, it is a very important place and an important practice. Again, it is a daily practice that will bring many benefits and become an automatic place and practice for you, a habitual practice that brings many benefits.
The third step, is from a grounded and soul place, to reach out and to see what is around you what is available to you? What is coming into your life, whether through others or through interactions with others or indeed choices that you can make from those interactions with others that you might not otherwise have thought of.
This is why it is important to be in contact with and fluent in the language of spiritual discernment and your own way forward because it is in the process with other people can you begin to understand the larger dimensions of your life and the larger purpose in which you form part. You have a part to play in the environment and the society in which you live, and this can only be discerned by an interaction with that society and environment. Then you will see where you fit in, what your purpose is, what is your place, and how you can contribute.
It is important to reach out and that is what I was saying in an earlier blog, that it is not possible to do this work alone and in isolation. It must be done with others, whether it is an online group or a local spiritual prayer group, or church, or another organisation with which you resonate. It does not, of course, even need to be discussed specifically and explicitly. What you are doing together, the fact is that you all have a joint interest in meditating, or being in a spiritual dimension, that in itself is sufficient for you to find a way to do this work in your own fashion. This is a blueprint, but it is not set in stone. There are many ways to practice this material. There are many ways to accommodate existing spiritual norms. It is a simple practice that can be adapted to many types of spiritual and environmental groups. It does not need to be done in isolation and indeed cannot be done in isolation because it requires the input and participation of others. And so, my final segments will teach you are about that interaction with others and this will be a further blog. God bless you.
