Andraus Message #7 2025

Greetings all. I am happy to be with you again and you know there are many changes in the current environment, which you will be experiencing now. Whilst it is a difficult time of transition and there are searching questions arising from the lack of coherent structure, I would say that you are very much in time of change, and of evolution. There is a lot of work to be done around the edges of your evolutionary experience and journey, and I can be a guide on that path for you.

We have been doing this work with humanity and with other species, other worlds for many, many millennia, and of course there is always a few bumps on the road, but it is the tried and proven method to begin to move into the higher realms of your own spiritual being. We are all spiritual beings. We are all of spirit. We all have a spiritual life and a spiritual existence, and we are all in this together. Whilst we may not be on earth with you in a human body, we are also of spirit, as are you. Your soul has incarnated in this time to help you to understand the evolutionary process. It is not one that is without its difficulties, but you know it is one which will help you to grow in the long term, and that's what is essential at this time. So, one foot forward at a time and by this, I mean that the next step in your process is to think: “Well, what now? What is here now?

It is sitting in the what's here now that will help to move you forward. What’s here now? Sitting with curiosity, not with judgment, not with action, not with any distractions, but simply noticing what's here now. What's to hear now within you, around you. What's here now in terms of your physical body, your sense of energetic aliveness, your emotional and mental states. What's here now? And having compassion for what comes through. It is not a judgment. It is not something that needs to be removed or changed. It is simply a noticing of what's here now. That beautiful being that is you is what you know in all its guises and that is where we begin my dears in the words “here now”.
