It is very important to be grounded in each day. There are grounding exercises which can help you to remain, and perceive yourself, in a more grounded and therefore more expanded state. Be aware that grounding is a very important aspect of staying balanced and remaining healthy.
Grounding also stops the tendency to over-think, over-analyse and to worry. I would suggest that a grounding exercise every day is a solution to the possibility that there is no flexibility in your life for more creativity, balance and a healthy flow of the earth’s energies. Grounding will help you stay in balance in these changing times because it brings a certain calmness and balance that it is easy to forget in the moment.
Grounding simply means deepening into the earth’s energies, putting one's feet on the ground and reaching deep into the earth’s core with your intention. Be open to the grounding energies coming through the feet, legs and body and bringing this energy into each realm of your energy field.
This is a short process. It does not need to take more than 5 to 10 minutes, but it is a very soothing and calming, and of course, enriching process that will give more and better stability in these changing times.
