Andraus Message # 20

Greetings, everybody, this is Andraus.  It is a great pleasure to be working with you in this way, and I hope that you are enjoying the steps that we are taking. It does not need to be a difficult or onerous task that you undertake. It is not something that needs to cause you great pain or strain.  What we are hoping to do is to bypass a lot of the processing that has been done in years gone by and to move into connection with others on a spiritual level.

This is raising your awareness and raising your vibration.   Yes, that will bring to light and to the surface certain elements of your life's process and unresolved issues.   If you can see them in the context of simply being an energetic block that needs to move through you, it is not needed to get stuck in the storyline of what is being expelled.  The process is to let these bubbles of energy move through you and escape, so not getting caught up process or the story, but simply letting things move through.   

In the energetic expansion that you are practising, yes, there will be things that you bump up against and need some assistance with, but in the main, it is simply a case of expanding one's energy outwards and into the larger realm.  The energies at this time have accelerated, which means that when you reach these higher energies, you will find companionship and that I think is where a lot of people will appreciate the new work that's being done, so that a new level of companionship can be acquired in the context of one's spiritual being and spiritual progression.

What does that mean? It simply means that there are a lot of souls and spirits dealing with this change and asking the same questions.  A lot of the soul’s work is to achieve a level of coherence and consistency with the expansion into the greater energetic field.

Let us practice once again:  

• grounding solidly into the earth,

• setting an intention to ground, be grounded and attuned to the earth’s energy,

• focusing into the soul's energy,

• bringing forth the soul's light by intention to connect with the soul,

• connecting with the soul,

• expanding that soul's light and energy out into the rest of the body,

• expanding that soul's light and energy out into the energy field,

• expanding that soul's light and energy out beyond the energy field and into the larger realm,

• with your intention, connecting with higher beings and with divine energy,

• intending to connect with divine energy will bring you there and expand your energetic field,

• stay here for a few minutes, feeling your essence, presence, peace and expansiveness.

• and then coming back into the body, back to the ground and back to one's own self, and

• taking time to integrate that experience and perhaps writing to reflect on your experience today.
